Terms Of Service (Nsfw)🔞

The cost of nsfw commissions is equivalent to the base price of sfw commissions plus an extra 35%.

🤔 Why is there a higher charge for NSFW content?

  • Greater anatomical difficulty (poses, interaction, details)✨

  • More mental and technical time ⏱️

  • Platform/payment restrictions (less visibility, more risk) ⚠️

  • Less reusable as a public portfolio

Rules

  • I don't do refunds

  • You gotta be 18 or older to request a commission from me

  • I only accept PayPal payments in USD (for now)

  • please give credits whenever my art is uploaded to any social network

  • You can't edit my art (change colors, backgrounds, redraw parts, or trace)

  • My art is for personal use only, not commercial.

  • I will start the commission when 100% of the payment has been completed or 50% of Payment Plan has been paid.

  • The important changes can only be made in the sketch process and color changes only in the base coloring process.

  • My commissions have a order of arrival, if it is an order for a specific date an extra is charged (in these cases you have to notify it for birthday gifts, anniversaries, etc..)

  • An extra will be charged for objects, complex outfits, character with complex design, backgrounds and excessive changes

  • Before sending a message for a commission, please check my profile if the commissions are open or if there are slots available. You can still ask me any questions in private ^^

  • for each extra character -35% of the original price will be charged.

  • You can see the status of my commissions on my Trello board and I always send updates.

Procedure

1st step (COMUNICATION)

Please send me all the details you want in your order, reference of the character, reference images (if necessary) and if you like a background also let me knowYou’ll get a notification when your commission is ready to start. This is a great time to make any changes or ask for clarifications if needed

2nd Step (Sketch)

You’ll get a sketch of your commission. During this stage, you can request any changes and share suggestions for the piece, just keep in mind that major changes can’t be made after the sketch is approved!

3rd Step (Base color)

During this stage, you can make changes or corrections to character colors or patterns, and you’re also welcome to suggest any background color tweaksIf your commission includes a background with an environment, you’ll get a color sketch to see if you like the overall mood and color temperature of the piece.

Finish (Delivery)

Your commission will be sent to you via email in .png format
